Lisa Courtney, our kind, quirky and indomitable Reference Librarian is retiring on Friday, November 6, 2020 after 26 years with the Terryville Public Library.  Traditional retirement send-offs aren’t possible right now, so we’re asking friends and patrons to visit the library and share well-wishes before she starts enjoying 7-day weekends!

 Please stop by the Library during our open hours between October 26 – November 6.  Share a funny memory, let her know how her help made a difference, (tell her she can’t leave yet!), and send her off with as much warmth and spirit as she has shown throughout her life.  Library hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am-5:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 pm-8:00 pm.
