Winter Reading Program

REGISTRATION IS OPEN! The Children’s room Winter Reading Program runs through Saturday, February 20 (the last day to receive virtual tickets is Thursday, February 18). Visit or come into the library and receive paper logs.

This free program is open to children ages birth to 12. Children being read to, will participate in the “Read to Me” program. Children reading on their own will participate in the “Independent Reader” program. Children will receive small prizes weekly, and earn virtual tickets as they read and/or complete activities. You can enroll in the program at to participate virtually or you can grab paper logs. Both programs are identical so you can only chose one way to track your reading, the online program OR the paper logs. Even if you track your participation virtually you can still receive prizes weekly through curbside pickup or by visiting the library.

Each virtual ticket gives you a change to win one of two prize packs. There is a Movie Night Prize Pack and a Game night Prize Pack.
